Inspired by Amiga Action reviewing the PC game Civilization as an Amiga title and being caught, Amiga Power invented the popular column "The Disseminator" which ran from AP47 to AP62.
The column compared games reviewed in The One, Amiga Action and Amiga Power and also included information to show whether each game was on the cover, reviewed as an exclusive, or available from the magazine as special offer.
It is unfortunate Amiga Power went to such lengths to publish the scores without double-checking for errors. They incorrectly stated that The One awarded Shadow Fighter 36% when in actual fact the game earned 91%! |
